Special Effects: RGB Min/Max Filter
This filter changes a pixel's color based on whether or not you want to keep or discard the highest or lowest values. The result is often an ugly image with clashing, overly contrasting colors.
It's not exactly obvious why someone would use a filter like this, but it turns out it's useful for removing certain kinds of tinting from an image or examining an image to see where certain colors have been washed out. Try combining this filter with the Reduce Color and Halftone filters for some impressive effects!
