Special Effects: Reducing the Number of Colors

This effect decreases the number of unique colors in the image by limiting the image's palette.

Note that this works by performing some simple math on every pixel's color values. It does not create a palette from the image itself. This is why the number of possible colors in the resulting palettes are a bit weird.
