Special Effects: Tint the Image

This effect blends one color with every pixel in the image or selection, tinting everything. You can choose the color to use, how strong the tinting effect is, and whether or not pure white and black colors are affected by the change.

It's important to remember that this filter only tints the image. If you want to change your image into different values of a single color, use the Recolor Image filter instead.
