Special Effects: Brighten/Darken Image

This filter allows you to change how light or dark the pixels in your image are. It works by adding or subtracting from the color's pixel values: adding lightens the color, while subtracting darkens it.

Note that every pixel's color channels are limited to values of 0 to 255, inclusive. This filter limits the changes to a range of -200 to +200, so the pixels cannot be made entirely white or black with a single use of this filter.
