Special Effects: Blur Foreground Color

While blurring the entire image has its uses, this version of the blur filter only affects pixels that are the same color as the currently selected foreground color. This allows you to selectively blur portions of the image. One use for this would be to turn your pixel art into something more like inked lineart - just blur the lines.

Like the other blur filter, you're given the option of how strong of a blur to create using the provided slider. This value determines how many passes the blur filter uses: the more passes, the stronger the blur effect.
